Bond Payment

FOR PICK UP & DIY SERVICE: $100

FOR DELIVERY & SET UP SERVICE: $50 for up to 5 tents OR $100 for 6 or more tents

Although we know that our customers will take the utmost care with all of the hired items, accidents do happen, especially where children are concerned! For this reason, a cash bond is payable by the customer immediately upon pick up or delivery. Provided no damage or loss of any hired items has occurred (reasonable wear and tear excepted), the full amount of bond will be repaid to the customer upon return of the hired items.

In the unfortunate event that any damage or loss of the hired items has occurred, a fair and reasonable amount for replacement of the items will be retained by our business, and the balance (if any) then refunded to the customer.
