TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

Unless otherwise advised, in order to secure your booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation from our business, paid by either bank transfer or PayPal.

​

Any outstanding balance is to be paid in cash only at the time of pick up or delivery. It should be noted that NO Eftpos or credit card facilities will be available.

 

A cash bond is payable by the customer immediately upon pick up or delivery. The amount of bond payable is:

  • Pick up and DIY service - $100

  • Delivery and set up service of up to 5 tents - $50

  • Delivery and set up service of 6 or more tents - $100

Provided no damage or loss of any hired items has occurred (reasonable wear and tear excepted), the full amount of bond will be repaid to the customer upon return of the hired items.

 

In the unfortunate event that any damage or loss of the hired items has occurred, a fair and reasonable amount for replacement of the items will be retained by our business, and the balance (if any) then refunded to the customer.

 

​If being delivered, our staff will require a suitable car space, preferably on the driveway, for unloading and loading of equipment. 

 

The customer will be required to sign a copy of our Details of Customer Hire, List of Hired Items, and Terms and Conditions at the time of pick up or delivery, as well as provide suitable identification (such as a valid driver’s licence) for sighting.

Customers must ensure appropriate use and care of the hired items at all times as any damage or loss of items will be paid for by the customer.

 

Customers must ensure that all persons refrain from unnecessary touching or removal of the tents, fairy lights and decorations. None of the items supplied are to be considered as, nor used for, play equipment.

 

Liquids, paint, marker pens, nail polish and other items which are likely to cause permanent damage or stains should be kept away from the hired items.

 

Pets and other animals are not permitted on or around the hired items.

 

If being delivered, the customer must ensure that a responsible adult is at the premises at the agreed time and date to accept, sign for and complete payment in full of the hired items. If this is not the case, the customer will be charged for any waiting time incurred by our staff at a rate of $1 per minute.

Little Dreamers Sleepover Parties only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines however, liability cannot be taken for reactions or injuries sustained whilst using the hired equipment or thereafter.

​

Little Dreamers Sleepover Parties cannot accept liability for events outside our control such as hazards/dangers within the home or chosen venue.
